Support
When you invest in a product with Origin Engineering Solutions, it includes your first years support.
The support contract entitles you to new versions of the software and updates within that 12 month period.
In addition, you have access to unlimited support by phone and email.
We believe that support should be delivered quickly and in a personalised manner. That's why we do not make you raise a ticket to get help and we will respond within 2 hours of your phone call/email.
E-Learning
We can also deliver e-learning content for customers so that they have a library of resources relevant to them after the training has been completed.
In addition to paid training services, all customers get access to free tutorial videos which we are constantly adding to. In addition to the webinars that we run to improve usage based on customer feedback
